Reservations:

  • Sleeping up to 8 adults or children in 4 first floor bedrooms with 3 bath/showers
  • Families are welcome, there are some aspects of the property that make it unsuitable for small children
  • ​Guests may arrive anytime after 4pm and are requested to vacate by 10am on the day of departure.
  • Nightly rates shown below include all linens, towels & basket of logs
  • Figures show Sun-Thur/Fri-Sat rates and vary according to season - email for a quote.
  • A cleaning fee will be added for each booking.​
  • Minimum booking periods: 
    • 3 nights during low seasons​
    • ​7 nights during high seasons
    • 4 nights over Christmas/New/Year
  • 10% discount on rates for 7+ night reservations.
  • Make a direct booking to avoid 3rd party booking fees.
  • We accept a maximum of 2 well-behaved dogs (ground floor only); £25 fee for pets.

* 2-4 Guest reservations:

To make the house rental more cost effective for smaller groups, we offer Ivy House with reduced facilities in low season.
  • Please note that some areas of the house will be unavailable if booked for 2-4 guests.​
  • Guests requiring 2 bedrooms should request the 4 guest option.
  • 2 Guests will have access to master/ensuite bedroom, lounge, dining room, kitchen, hallway & downstairs cloakroom
  • 4 Guests will have access to master ensuite bedroom, choice of one other bedroom, family bathroom, lounge, dining room, kitchen, hallway & downstairs cloakroom

Making a Booking:

  • We accept payments via a cheque or BACS. 
  • For reservations outside 4 weeks, we require a non-refundable** deposit of 20% with the balance to be made in full 4 weeks prior to your arrival. 
  • For bookings inside 4 weeks, we require payment in full**.
  • **Flexible Rebooking Policy:  In the event of a cancellation due to Coronavirus restrictions, you have the flexibility to move your booking to alternative available dates within 18 months of the start date of your holiday. If you choose a date which is only available at a higher rate, the additional prevailing rate for the stay will be due. The flexible rebooking policy is only available for cancellations related to genuine Coronavirus restrictions and not for cancellations related to weather or other reasons.
